She’s incredibly thorough which made me feel really safe and looked after throughout. She explains all the options clearly and never pushes you into treatments you don’t want. When I wanted a few tweaks, she was completely open to it and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the final result. I had a couple of unexpected issues along the way, and Dr Theepthy was so patient, calm, and professional. She always made sure everything was sorted properly and that I felt supported at every stage. My treatment ended up being a: straightening, whitening, and then a new veneer to match the final shade. It took time, but she was brilliant throughout, and I always felt I could contact her if I needed anything. I’m really happy with the results.
